Every Wednesday night at 9, Fox O&O KDFW Dallas airs a segment called Trackdown that so far has resulted in the capture of eight criminals, some wanted for murder.
Trackdown, fronted by KDFW reporter Shaun Rabb, helps identify wanted criminals through surveillance video, photos and other material and asks for viewers to help identify them.
“We’ve been able to solve several cases because of [Shaun’s] ability to work with our detectives … to get these individuals off the streets,” said Dallas Deputy Police Chief Thomas Castro.
“It is these partnerships that grow and foster a good atmosphere in our city — we appreciate you,” added Dallas Police Chief Renee Hall.
Earlier this week, Rabb, and KDFW photographer John Gnann, were honored for their work on Trackdown.
