TVNewsCheck has extended the special rate of $99 for a two-week job posting through June 30. It also added a package discount — three individual two-week postings for $249.
TVNewsCheck temporarily reduced rates for its classified ads in response to the economic downturn facing broadcasters due to the coronavirus crisis.
In May, broadcast companies including Hearst, Tegna, Nexstar, Gray, Quincy and News-Press & Gazette took advantage of the reduced rate, and advertised openings for general managers, chief engineers, business managers, news directors, executive producers, newscast producers, news anchors, promotion managers and marketing directors.
Because the economic downturn continues to exert negative financial pressure on media and entertainment companies, TVNewsCheck has extended the special rate of $99 for a two-week job posting through June 30.
It also added a package discount — three individual two-week ads for $249.
Job postings will again feature videos and pictures of local markets or your stations.
TVNewsCheck continues to treat jobs as news, featuring them on virtually all pages of TVNewsCheck.com and its daily and weekly newsletters.
It will also continue to feature new jobs and the markets they’re in Market Share Monday, a weekly column written by Paul Greeley.
Your job openings will also be posted to TVNewsCheck’s Facebook page, Twitter account and many broadcast groups on LinkedIn.
To post a job, please email Paul Greeley or call him at 817-578-6324.
