The ABC 27 Turkey Drive is a critical part of the station’s partnership with the Second Harvest of the Big Bend and has become one of the largest fundraisers for the charity.
Matt Brown, WTXL’s GM, says the “$10,000 gift will support the on-going effort to create one-to-one mentoring relationships with youth in our region. We’re proud that these dollars will stay within our local communities – recruiting mentors and pairing them for successful relationships.”
