You could say that people there are just smarter.
So why not create a news image campaign called “Smarter” that might appeal to that kind of audience?
That’s what the Media General NBC affiliate there, WNCN, did and it earned the station a Midsouth Emmy Award.
“This campaign emphasizes our mission to be community champions who empower smarter thinking,” says Doug Hamilton, WNCN’s general manager.
