In response to last week’s column showing new promos from markets large and small, I got a note from Robert Wendt, WSOC’s research director along with some promo examples. WSOC is the ABC affiliate in Charlotte owned by Cox.

“It is great to see what other stations are doing around the country. I notice a particular absence of digital, mobile and social value and context as it relates to the morning news. Clearly though, our business is filled with very talented and creative people. Awesome work to all.”
