The donut hero strikes again!
This time, Santa and his helpers get their jollies eating donuts.
It’s a simple concept, masterfully executed. No matter what the situation, the person who brings a box of donuts to share saves the day!
I first wrote about this local TV commercial concept by WFIE, Raycom’s NBC affiliate in Evansville, Ind., back in August. And wrote about it again a few weeks after when I saw a new version.
That story was part of an ongoing effort by Market Share to share the invaluable service many local TV stations provide for their clients — creative and effective advertising and video production.
Not much is written about these efforts nationally, although in their respective markets this commercial production often wins awards, and the admiration of the businesses they advertise.
So I’ve made it a point to share some stories about what TV stations are doing to help their clients succeed.
Here’s the latest holiday version, again, sticking with the simple concept and then masterfully executing it in a new situation.
If your station has a sales success story it wants to share, or a local TV commercial production story and commercial you’re proud of, let me know at [email protected] or 817-578-6324.
