KTVU, the Fox-owned affiliate serving the San Francisco Bay area, was the No.1 newscast at 11 p.m. among adults 25-54 in the May sweeps period after just a few months on the air.
KTVU’s The 11 O’clock News launched in April.
“The strategy was to build on the strength of our 10 p.m. by sharing there was now more of a good thing, and to use Now at 10 and 11,” said Erik Candiani, KTVU’s head of promotions
