Alyssa Patrick has been named co-anchor for the primary weekday newscasts at 5 p.m., 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. weekdays on WAND, Block Communication’s NBC affiliate in Springfield-Decatur-Champaign, Ill.
Patrick joins co-anchors Sean Streaty and Jim Kosek. Patrick is no stranger to the WAND viewers and news streaming users having served previously as news anchor at 4p.m. and nightside reporter since 2021.
Prior to WAND, Patrick worked on the border in El Paso, Texas, where she reported and anchored. Before Texas, Patrick also spent time working in Charleston, W.Va., and Gulfport, Miss.
