Who doesn’t want to see what happens when a 2,365-pound pumpkin, the largest grown this year in North America, is dropped 130 feet to the ground?
WTAE, Hearst’s ABC affiliate in Pittsburgh, is the exclusive media sponsor for The Monster Pumpkins Festival, a free family event which takes place in October. It’s the fourth year WTAE has sponsored the event.
The event benefits WTAE’s Project Bundle-Up, a Pittsburgh tradition since 1986, which provides winter outwear to kids and seniors.
KOCO-TV, the ABC affiliate in Oklahoma City, is looking for a high-energy weekend anchor/reporter who knows how to tell visual stories and can do active, engaged live shots. In addition to credibility, poise, and personality, KOCO is looking for an anchor/reporter who isn’t afraid to head out into the field and break the big stories. KOCO is looking for a versatile, enterprising self-starter who is fast, efficient, works well under tight deadlines, can develop sources, and has excellent live reporting skills.
