Megaphone TV is looking for an experienced, motivated, forward-thinking customer success specialist to help deliver Megaphone’s suite of interactive media products to broadcasters worldwide.
The Customer Success team is responsible for helping our broadcast partners achieve revenue objectives, resulting in renewals, expansion, and business growth for Megaphone TV.
To achieve that goal, the team’s two biggest priorities are sponsorship implementation and adopting new features. Most importantly, our mission is to help broadcasters sell interactive sponsorship packages. Working directly with Megaphone’s clients, you will partner with our sales team, marketing, graphic designers and production engineers to support all aspects of the customer life cycle.
