See all the Indianapolis-only winners in the Indiana Broadcasters Association Spectrum Awards. In addition to Station of the Year, other categories include investigative, feature story, general news story, sports coverage, community involvement, weather coverage, station promotion and local commercial.
WRTV, Scripps’ ABC affiliate in Indianapolis, was honored as Station of the Year at the recent Indiana Broadcasters Association Spectrum Awards.
The Spectrum Awards recognize broadcast excellence for outstanding achievement by Indiana radio and television stations. The competition celebrates the highest standards of news reporting, community service and overall production in the state of Indiana via peer recognition by members of the broadcast industry.
WRTV also won awards for Local Community Involvement, Best Weather Coverage and Station Promotional Campaign.
