WCVB, Hearst’s ABC affiliate in Boston, recently created a new promo for its weekly magazine show, CityLine.
CityLine airs Sundays at noon and is hosted and executive produced by Boston’s longtime news and community leader, Karen Holmes Ward, who’s also the station’s director of public affairs.

Ward has interviewed a range of public figures including Oscar winners Regina King, Lupita Nyong’o, Forest Whitaker, Octavia Spencer, Denzel Washington, Louis Gossett Jr., Barry Jenkins and Spike Lee.
WDSU, the Hearst Television NBC affiliate in New Orleans, is looking for an Executive Producer who can oversee fast-paced newscasts in an even faster –paced news market. The right candidate will be a leader who can develop multi-platform content that succeeds on air, on mobile, and on social media. Responsibilities include the ability to manage, coach, and motivate a team of producers, reporters, anchors, and photojournalists who are committed to excellence.
